Class Types
Beginners & Beyond
Suitable for beginners, those who want to focus on getting the basics right, may also be part of rehabilitation after injury, or surgery. A good class for getting safely back into fitness or after 10 weeks post-natal.

Pilates Mixed Ability
A mixed ability class suitable for those newer to Pilates as well as those with previous Pilates experience who would like to further their practice. Exercises are multi-level to enable each person to challenge themselves as appropriate

HIIT Pilates
A high energy, cardio Pilates class with weights which combines the concepts of High intensity interval training (HIIT) with the benefits of Pilates. For those who want to sweat. raise their heart rate, burn fat & boost their fitness levels.
Exercise variations allow you to workout at the level which is right for you.
Please Note: This program is an advanced exercise program & is NOT suitable for beginners or for anyone with any medical condition.
Active Ageing
A standing/seated Pilates class designed for those aged 60+ who want to maintain their strength, flexibility & balance. Suitable for those with osteoporosis.

Private Reformer 1:1
Focus on your body’s specific requirements, whether it be rehab, recovering after injury, back pain, sports specific or just because you would like a class all for you. Great as a supplement to group classes to refine your technique & improve more quickly. Individual mat work also available.
