Have you started running during lockdown? Want to keep running and stay injury free? 

Perhaps you’re a more experienced runner wanting to improve your technique, speed and endurance?

Classes will help you …

  • Correct your running posture & alignment 

  • Strengthen your core

  • Improve your technique. Run better. Run faster.

  • Run pain free. 

  • Protect your joints.

  • Keep you running by reducing your risk of injury

  • Help you avoid common running complaints in knees, back, neck & shoulders

  • Improve & reduce risk of running conditions such as ITB syndrome, Shin splints, Plantar fasciitis & Achilles tendinopathy 

  • Teach you effective warm up & cool down routines

First class is free. Subsequent classes £10 bookable in 4 week blocks.
